💳 How do I pay?

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and inflatables. The rest is due on the day of your event.

🌧️ What happens if it rains?

If it’s raining or windy (over 25 MPH), we can’t set up for safety reasons. If the weather looks like it’ll clear, we’ll wait before setting up.
If we can’t set up at all, you won’t owe the remaining balance, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your event!

🛡️ Are you insured?

Yes—we’re fully insured, and every participant will need to sign a liability waiver before using the equipment.

🎉 Are bounce houses just for little kids?

Not at all! We have awesome inflatables for teens and adults, too—like our Obstacle Course, Jousting, Boxing, Rapidfire Relay, and Basketball Shoot.

🏕️ What types of events do you do?

We do birthdays, church events, school functions, city festivals, holiday parties, and more. If you’re planning it—we can probably help make it more fun!

💰 Why aren’t prices listed?

Every event is different. Pricing depends on the number of inflatables, the length of your event, and any add-ons.

🔌 What about power?

Each inflatable needs to be set up within 100 feet of a power outlet. No power nearby? No problem—we can bring a generator for an extra fee.

🧽 Are the inflatables clean?

Yes! We clean and sanitize every piece before each event to make sure your experience is safe and enjoyable.

🚚 How far do you travel?

We’re based in Warren County, IL, and serve many surrounding areas. Just ask—we’ll let you know if we can deliver to your location.
